Star Contractors was established in 1974, when it first commenced operations as ASM Contractors. A growing list of satisfied clients demanded further expansion and in 1985 the Star Contractors CC was registered for the first time. Determined to continue meeting and exceeding the needs of its ever-growing client base, Star Contractors (Pty) Ltd was registered in 1998 and the company continues to expand with operations throughout Southern Africa.

A clear focus on quality and the timeous delivery of client requirements has enabled the company to expand its operations from its humble beginnings in 1974.
